Role & responsibilities

- Deliver engaging, practical and industry-oriented training in Tally Prime, GST, Java, Python, Full Stack Development, SQL and related IT technologies.

- Conduct classroom, lab-based and hands-on practical sessions.

- Explain technical concepts clearly to students from beginner to advanced levels.

- Design and deliver real-world projects, assignments, coding exercises and assessments.

- Guide students in developing individual and team-based projects.

- Use modern AI tools and AI-assisted development practices wherever relevant to improve learning and productivity.

- Conduct coding exercises, technical assessments, mock interviews and career-readiness sessions.

- Identify individual student learning gaps and provide appropriate mentoring.

- Maintain course plans, attendance, assessments and student progress records.

- Stay updated with current industry technologies, tools and development practices.

- Participate in workshops, seminars, demo sessions and student engagement activities.

- Collaborate with the academic and management team to continuously improve course content and delivery.

- Support students in building practical portfolios, GitHub projects and interview readiness.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Commerce, Accounting or a relevant discipline, depending on the training domain.

- Strong practical knowledge in one or more of the following:

- Tally Prime & GST





- Java / Core Java / Spring Boot

- Python

- Full Stack Development

- SQL / Database

- Web Development

- React / Angular

- AI / Generative AI

- Cloud / DevOps

- 0 to 8 years of relevant industry or training experience preferred.

- Candidates with strong industry experience and practical knowledge are highly encouraged to apply.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.

- Strong interest in mentoring and developing students.

- Hands-on experience with projects is preferred.

- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and modern development tools is an advantage.

- Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or GitHub Copilot is an advantage for technology trainers.

- Candidates who can conduct training in English and/or Tamil are preferred.
