Job Summary

BIOZEEN is inviting eligible candidates for a walk-in interview for the position of Engineer – Quality Control. The candidate will be responsible for quality inspection, documentation, and coordination activities related to pressure vessels, piping materials, fabricated assemblies, machined components, and Bio-Pharma equipment manufacturing.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

Minimum 2 years of industrial experience in a Quality Control department. Experience in the fabrication industry is preferred. Exposure to Bio-Pharma equipment manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- ASNT Level II certification desirable
- Knowledge of technical drawings, specifications, inspection methods, and quality documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Solid communication and presentation skills




- Ability to complete assigned tasks on time with quality focus

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect pressure vessels, piping materials, machined components, bought-out parts, and fabricated assemblies.
- Perform visual, dimensional, hydrostatic, LPT, radiography coordination, and other quality inspections.
- Maintain inspection reports, weld history, material charts, job traveller, hydro test reports, and quality records.
- Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, vendor, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Support final inspections and client acceptance activities for completed systems.
