- Implement, monitor, and manage EDI file feeds across multiple partners and systems
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SFTP connections
- Gather and analyze client and vendor requirements for EDI integrations
- Support onboarding and maintenance of EDI transactions
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security standards
- Monitor file transmissions, resolve failures, and perform root cause analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve EDI-related issues
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and process flows related to EDI operations
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (B.Tech preferred)
