Role :- GenAi Engineer

Experience:- 5-10 years

Location:- Chennai

Required Technical Skill Set:- Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML models including Generative AI, LangChain and NLP, Python Programming, SQL experience

Must-Have

Design, build, and optimize machine learning pipelines using Google Cloud Services.

Core Python Fundamentals:OOPs concepts, Functions & Modules, Iterators / Generators,Exception handling, Decorators, Typing / Dataclasses,Data Structures & Algorithms,Design Patterns.

Machine Learning:NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM,PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, Matplotlib

Natural Language Processing (NLP & OCR):spaCy, NLTK, Transformers, Sentence-Transformers, Gensim, pytesseract, EasyOCR.

Generative & Agentic AI:LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, FAISS / Pinecone,OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini APIs, LangGraph Agents

More details on the requirement / Skills:

- Bachelors or higher degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field




- Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML models including Generative AI, LangChain and NLP
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, software architecture, libraries and frameworks to create AI that accomplishes outlined goals
- Rigorous knowledge of Python programming to develop software. Java is a plus.
- Skillful in developing and maintaining detailed, easy-to-read documentation including data dictionaries, model documentation, and code documentation
- Experience in integrating AI/ML into existing applications in batch and real-time
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate within and outside the team
- Ability to write and understand complex SQL(Hive/PySpark-dataframes) and optimize data pipelines. Experience with NoSQL is a plus
- Experience in Big Data ecosystem & Cloud technologies is nice to have
- Experience with GitHub and leveraging CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in taking models through AI/ML governance in highly regulated industry is a plus
