I) ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Generate current business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, market research, referrals, and networking.

- Identify prospects, conduct customer meetings, understand requirements, and present relevant IT solutions.

- Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

- Work towards achieving assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Maintain sales pipeline, lead status, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM.

- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Technical, Delivery, and OEM teams to support the sales cycle.

- Participate in customer meetings, events, and business development activities.

I) Desired Skills & Competencies

- MBA/PGDM / BE/B.Tech (IT/ Computer science)

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

- Excellent communication, presentation,



active listening, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Strong interest in B2B sales and technology with a willingness to learn IT Infrastructure solutions.

- Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and target-oriented.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office; basic CRM knowledge will be an advantage.

- Extensive travel is an integral part of this role. Candidates should be willing to travel extensively within the city and to out-of-city locations for customer meetings, business development, and site visits.
