Job Responsibilities

Junior Accountant

Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.

Maintain purchase, sales, and expense entries.

Assist in GST returns, TDS workings, and statutory filings.

Handle petty cash, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Maintain accounting records, vouchers, and invoices.

Prepare MIS reports for management review.

Senior Accountant

Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Ensure timely GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.

Handle audits and statutory compliances.

Prepare Financial Statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Perform bank, vendor, debtor,



and inter-company reconciliations.

Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
