Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and qualified manner.

- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills.

- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software for future reference.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics.

- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide excellent customer service.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment preferred but not mandatory.

- Good Communication skills.

- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.

- Strong computer skills with ability to learn new applications quickly.
