Roles We're Hiring For
1. Associate Operations (Pay Band 3) FRESHERS Welcome!
Your first step into a global career. Deliver first-time resolutions for British Council customers across voice, email, and chat building real communication skills in an international operations environment.
- Education: Any Bachelors degree (Must).
- Experience: 0 -6 months of exp. in customer services/backend operations.
- Communication: Proficient in English and Hindi.
- Skills: Comfortable using computers and good keyboard handling skills.
2. Executive Operations (Pay Band 4) Own customer queries end-to-end and drive service excellence in a fast-paced global operations environment.
- Education: Any Bachelors degree.
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years in customer service or backend operations.
- Communication: Proficient in English and Hindi.
- Skills: Comfortable using computers and good keyboard handling skills.
3. Executive Business Process Services- Finance Process (Pay Band 4) Balance finance tasks, resolve queries, and keep operations running smoothly across teams.
- Eligibility: Any bachelor's degree
- Experience: 6 months3 years in customer service or backend operations,
with a strong understanding of finance operations and experience preparing and delivering accurate reports
- Communication: Proficient in English and Hindi

- Contract Type: 1-Year Fixed Term Contract (FTC) standard for these roles, renewed based on performance and business need.
- Work Schedule: All roles listed here follow a 24x7 rotational shift schedule (including nights), 5 working days with 2 weekly offs (not always weekends) fully on-site.
- Training & Assessment Requirement: Successful candidates will be required to complete mandatory process training and achieve the required pass mark in a competency assessment before undertaking independent production responsibilities. Support, coaching, and reassessment opportunities will be provided where applicable.
