For the Growth Leader who wants to build, not just manage. /n We’re looking for a VP – Growth to join a high-growth Fintech / Consumer Internet business and build the next phase of its growth engine. /n This is a business ownership role — not a traditional performance marketing or acquisition mandate. /n You will sit at the intersection of Business , Product , Marketing , Tech ,Data , turning growth strategy into measurable business outcomes. /n What will you own? /n GTM → Define customer segments, positioning, channel strategy and launch roadmaps /n Acquisition → Build scalable paid and organic acquisition engines /n Engagement & Retention → Improve the journey from acquisition to activation, conversion and retention /n Monetisation → Drive Revenue, GMV, ARPU/ATS and contribution margins /n Growth Economics → Own CAC, ROAS, payback and unit economics /n Experimentation → Build a hypothesis-led testing culture and scale what works /n Growth Analytics → Strengthen attribution and connect marketing investment to business contribution /n Cross-functional Leadership → Bring Product, Marketing, Tech,
