Role Description This is a full time, on-site Volunteer role based in Delhi, India. The volunteer will support daily program activities, such as assisting with events, workshops, or awareness campaigns, and providing logistical and administrative help as needed.

Responsibilities may include engaging with community members, maintaining records, preparing outreach materials,



and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth operations. The role also involves collaborating with staff and other volunteers, gathering feedback from participants, and helping implement new initiatives or improvements. Volunteers are expected to follow organizational guidelines, maintain confidentiality, and represent Phechan professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

Ability to communicate clearly in English and Hindi, both verbally and in writing.

Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, active listening, and comfort engaging with diverse communities.

Basic organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet agreed timelines.

Comfort with using email, word processing tools, and basic spreadsheets for documentation and reporting.

Demonstrated interest in social impact, community work, education, or advocacy.

Capacity to work on-site full-time in Delhi, India, and collaborate effectively within a team setting.

Previous volunteer or community engagement experience is an advantage but not required.

Minimum high school education; further education in social sciences, humanities, or related fields is beneficial.
