Job Purpose The role serves as the principal extension of the Chief Enterprise Business Officer's office and is responsible for driving strategic alignment, operational rigor, execution excellence, business performance governance, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The role acts as the central integrator and orchestrator across all Enterprise functions, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into measurable outcomes, organizational resources remain aligned to business objectives, and cross-functional initiatives are executed with speed, discipline, and accountability, thereby enabling the CEBO to focus on strategic growth and stakeholder engagement.

1. Enterprise Business Performance & Operating Rhythm

Drive the Enterprise operating cadence through robust performance governance, business reviews and execution tracking. Ensure timely interventions to improve business, customer and operational outcomes.

2. Strategic Execution & Portfolio Governance

Translate the CEBO's priorities into executable programmes with clear ownership, milestones and measurable outcomes. Govern the execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and ensure delivery against committed objectives.

3. Cross-Functional Integration & Execution Excellence

Orchestrate alignment across Sales, Product, Technology, Service, Finance and Corporate Functions to accelerate execution and resolve cross-functional dependencies.



Foster collaboration and accountability for enterprise-wide business priorities.

4. Operational Excellence & Business Effectiveness

Drive process simplification, operational rigor and governance to improve organizational productivity, decision velocity and execution efficiency. Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and business performance.

5. Enterprise Transformation & Change

Lead high-impact Enterprise-wide transformation programmes sponsored by the CEBO, ensuring alignment across functions and realization of business outcomes. Drive organizational change and adoption while respecting functional ownership.

6. Executive Governance & Decision Support

Provide strategic insights, business analytics and decision support to the CEBO on key business priorities. Drive governance of leadership decisions and ensure timely execution of agreed actions.

7. Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Communication

Lead executive communications, leadership engagement and organizational alignment on strategic priorities.

Build a high-performance operating culture through transparency, accountability and effective communication.
