Role Description The Visual Designer role at AMGBT is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will create visually compelling designs for digital and print touchpoints, including dashboards, web interfaces, presentations, marketing materials, and internal communications.

Day-to-day responsibilities include translating complex concepts into clear visual narratives, developing and maintaining design systems, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

The Visual





Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, produce mockups and prototypes, and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback and user insights. This role also involves preparing assets for development and production, adhering to accessibility and usability standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of visual communication across AMGBT.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Visual Design and Graphic Design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, and user-centered design work.
- Candidates should possess experience in Branding and creating cohesive Graphics that align with corporate identity and communication goals.
- Candidates should possess Web Design skills, including designing interfaces, layouts, and assets optimized for digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or similar) and basic understanding of design handoff to development.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret complex requirements, and effective collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field are beneficial, along with experience in technology or industrial domains.
