Kotak 811 is hiring Virtual Relationship Managers to manage customer relationships, promote banking products, and drive sales through telephonic interactions. The role requires excellent communication skills and prior experience in BFSI sales.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers over calls and build strong relationships.
- Promote and sell banking/BFSI products.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Eligibility:
- Graduate (Result & Marksheet Mandatory)
- Maximum Age: 20 to 31 Years
- Experience in BFSI Product Sales through Calling is Mandatory
- Positive Communication Skills
Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA CTC Shift: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Week Off: All Sundays Off + 2nd & 4th Saturday Off
