About the Role

We are looking for a Video Producer to manage shoots and the overall production process for NYC.

You will be responsible for turning content ideas into well-planned, efficiently executed productions, ensuring smooth shoots and maximum usable content from every production.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute shoots, including guests, instructors, locations, schedules, equipment and production requirements.

Coordinate the complete shoot process and ensure productions are delivered smoothly, efficiently and on time.

Handle and coordinate camera, lighting and audio setup to maintain production quality.

Work closely with creators, instructors, guests and production teams during shoots.

Plan shoots to generate content for long-form videos, Reels, Shorts, clips and other formats.





Organise and manage raw footage and production assets for efficient post-production.

Identify potential production issues and resolve them proactively.

Maintain production schedules and ensure timely execution of planned content.

What We're Looking For

2–4 years of experience in Video Production, Filmmaking or Digital Media.

Strong understanding of camera, lighting, audio and shoot planning.

Good production coordination and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of different content formats and how one shoot can create multiple content pieces.

Solid organisational and time-management skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented and execution-focused approach.

Ability to work effectively with creators, instructors and production teams.

Success in This Role

Shoots are well-planned and executed smoothly.

Content ideas are converted into high-quality productions.

Maximum usable content is captured from every shoot.

Production timelines are consistently met.

Raw footage and production assets are organised and ready for post-production.
