Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media videos, advertisements, and promotional content.

You will work closely with our content writers, social media strategists, designers, and marketing team to transform ideas, scripts, and raw footage into engaging and high-quality video content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media videos, and advertisements
- Convert raw footage into polished and engaging videos
- Understand scripts, briefs, and creative concepts and turn them into compelling videos
- Add transitions, effects, subtitles, sound effects, music, and animations
- Create short-form videos optimized for different social media platforms
- Add basic motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects
- Perform basic color correction and color grading
- Select appropriate music, sound effects, stock footage, and visual elements
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity




- Create promotional and marketing videos for clients and internal campaigns
- Work closely with the content and marketing team to develop creative video concepts
- Manage multiple editing projects and deliver videos within deadlines
- Stay updated with current Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video trends
- Ensure videos are visually engaging, professional, and aligned with campaign objectives

Skills & Requirements

- 1–2 years of professional video editing experience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Knowledge of CapCut or other short-form video editing tools is an advantage
- Strong understanding of video editing, pacing, cuts, transitions, and storytelling
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content
- Good understanding of subtitles, text animation, sound effects, and music synchronization
- Basic knowledge of color correction and color grading
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail
- Ability to understand creative briefs and execute them independently
- Ability to adapt editing styles according to different brands and audiences
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
