Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Hyderabad.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw video footage into cohesive, engaging content that supports KarbonWise’s brand and sustainability messaging. Day-to-day tasks include trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions, titles, motion graphics, and sound effects, and performing color correction and grading to ensure consistent visual quality. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and advisory teams to understand project objectives, interpret creative briefs,



and deliver video assets for campaigns, product demos, social media, webinars, and client presentations.

The Video

Editor will maintain organized project files, manage media assets, adhere to brand guidelines, and meet production timelines while proactively suggesting creative improvements to enhance storytelling.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating polished, professional video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance overall image quality.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design on-screen elements, titles, and visual assets.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and sound design for digital and social media formats.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, interpret creative briefs, and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects, media assets, and deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
