Responsibilities

- Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
- Take a brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications
- Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
- Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects
- Create rough and final cuts
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
- Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

Requirements:Software Knowledge

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve

Skills required

- Basics of color grading
- Basics of color correction
- Basics of sound design

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Video Production skills, including planning shoots, organizing footage,



and coordinating with creative teams.
- Candidates should possess advanced Video Editing skills, with proficiency in industry-standard editing software and workflows.
- Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to maintain consistent visual tone and enhance the overall look of the content.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create engaging visual elements and on-screen assets.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, solid visual storytelling abilities, and an understanding of digital and social media content formats.
- Candidates should possess good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing or agency settings, and familiarity with current video trends and best practices, is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
