Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Kolkata.

The Video

Editor will work closely with the creative team to edit and assemble video content for social media, branding campaigns, and promotional materials. Daily responsibilities include organizing raw footage, applying transitions and effects, syncing audio, and ensuring consistent visual style across projects. The role also involves collaborating on concept development, incorporating motion graphics, and refining color grading to align with brand guidelines.

follow production timelines, and contribute ideas to elevate overall video quality and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for social, branding, and campaign content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain consistent and impactful visual styles.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling.
- Experience with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop/Illustrator or equivalents).
- Solid understanding of aspect ratios, formats, and platform-specific requirements for digital and social media content.
- Attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.
- Relevant education or training in film, multimedia, animation, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a creative agency or similar environment working on branded content is an advantage.
