NextRow is looking for a practical Veeva PromoMats Consultant with strong hands-on experience in the Life Sciences domain. We are looking for someone who understands more than just uploading assets or managing workflows - someone who can understand a business requirement, ask the right questions, and translate it into a practical PromoMats process or solution.

What you ll do

- Support consulting and knowledge-sharing sessions on Veeva Vault PromoMats and related content processes.
- Work closely with business and delivery teams to understand requirements and recommend practical solutions.
- Bring strong experience in MLR (Medical, Legal and Regulatory) review processes and promotional content lifecycle management.
- Advise on workflows, content review, approvals, metadata, version control, DAM and content governance.
- Support QA, UAT and process validation when required.
- Help identify workflow bottlenecks, process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in client discussions and explain PromoMats processes clearly to both business and technical teams.
- Provide occasional guidance and subject matter expertise to NextRow teams as projects require.

What we re looking for
- Strong hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats.




- Solid experience working with pharmaceutical or Life Sciences organizations.
- Practical exposure to MLR workflows, promotional content review and approval processes.
- Experience across the content lifecycle - from asset creation/upload through review, approval, distribution and archival.
- Good understanding of metadata, taxonomy, versioning, content governance and compliance.
- Ability to convert business requirements into clear process or functional solutions.
- Experience supporting QA, UAT, workflow validation or issue resolution is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable conducting knowledge sessions and sharing practical expertise with teams.
- Solid communication skills and confidence working directly with stakeholders.
- Consulting mindset - able to work independently, provide recommendations and solve problems.

Engagement model This is an hourly consulting engagement. The work may begin with knowledge sessions, advisory support and occasional QA or project support, with the potential to develop into a long-term consulting relationship.
