Maxwell Slitter Industries, Rajpura is looking for an experienced Vacuum Furnace Operator to join our team urgently.
Position: Vacuum Furnace Operator
Location: Rajpura, Punjab
Experience: Preferably 2–5 years in vacuum furnace / heat-treatment operations
Joining: Immediate / short notice preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor vacuum heat-treatment furnace
- Set and follow required heating, soaking and cooling cycles
- Load and unload components safely and correctly
- Monitor temperature, vacuum level and furnace parameters
- Maintain proper records of furnace cycles and production
- Follow quality, safety and maintenance procedures
- Identify and report furnace/process abnormalities
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience operating a vacuum furnace is preferred
- Basic understanding of heat-treatment processes
- Technically sound and safety-conscious
- Able to work independently and responsibly
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production or related field preferred
