In this role, you will design and test how users talk to Louie Voice and how Louie Voice responds.
Instead of designing screens, you will design and test voice conversations.

Responsibility (What You'll Do):
Design end-to-end voice journeys for mobile apps and websites for successful completion of a transaction
Take full ownership of the voice experience from design to customer delivery
Turn complex processes into straightforward and natural conversations
Think about what users might say and how Louie Voice should respond
Work closely with product and engineering teams
