? Experience10–15 years in Utility Management, preferably in Solar / PV Manufacturing or large-scale manufacturing plants.

? QualificationB.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical EngineeringStrong kn owledge of industrial utility systems and maintenance

? Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall utility operations & maintenance of the manufacturing plantEnsure un interrupted availability of Electrical Power, DG, HVAC, Chillers, Compressors, Cooling Towers, Water Systems & other utilitiesPlan and execute preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenanceDrive ene rgy efficiency, cost optimization & utility consumption reductionLead util ity projects, capacity planning, installation, commissioning & upgradesEnsure co mpliance with EHS, statutory, electrical, environmental & safety requirementsManage ma npower, contractors, vendors,



budgets & spare partsCoordinat e with Production, Maintenance, EHS, Projects & other departmentsDrive 5S,

Kaizen, continuous improvement & operational excellence

? What We’re Looking ForA strong utility skilled with excellent leadership, troubleshooting, planning and team-management skills, capable of managing critical utility infrastructure in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
