Role Summary

User Research & Information Architecture

· Conduct user research, contextual inquiries, and usability testing with clinical staff, doctors, and hospital administrators to understand complex healthcare workflows.

· Map end-to-end user journeys, process flows, site maps, and task models for complex enterprise SaaS modules.

Wireframing & Prototyping

· Create low-to-medium fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate functional behavior clearly to engineering teams.

· Test and validate journeys, process flows, site maps through rapid prototyping and user feedback iterations.





· Work closely with product management and clinical leads to simplify Healthcare Infoirmation System user workflows.

Collaboration & Handoff

· Partner directly with Product Managers to align functional requirements with user needs.

· Hand off detailed interaction specifications, wireframes, and user logic to Full-Stack Java Engineers for frontend styling and development.

· Conduct usability audits on implemented features to ensure alignment with user experience specifications.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 5+ years of skilled experience as a dedicated UX Designer working on enterprise platforms, B2B SaaS, or complex software applications.
- Core UX Focus: Strong expertise in requirement analysis, wireframing, user research, and interaction design (no visual/UI design execution required). To suggest new workflows/user journeys
- Tooling: Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, or Miro.
- Complex Workflows: Proven ability to simplify complex data structures and multi-step enterprise workflows into clean user experiences.
- Location: Based in or able to work flexibly from Hyderabad for periodic in-person research or team alignment workshops.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience designing user experiences for Healthcare IT, Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR), clinical software, or medical systems.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and healthcare usability guidelines.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy District)
