Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid User Experience Designer role based in Indore, with flexibility for some work from home.

The User Experience

Designer will translate product and brand goals into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and digital products. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with stakeholders to define problems, conducting and synthesizing user research, and applying design thinking to craft user-centered solutions. The role involves creating prototypes in tools like Figma, iterating based on feedback and data,



and partnering with developers to ensure smooth handoff to production-ready code. The designer will also contribute to design systems and component libraries, help shape AI-powered interfaces, and maintain consistent visual and interaction patterns across projects.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Design Thinking and User Experience (UX), with the ability to frame problems, explore options, and deliver user-centered solutions.
- Hands-on experience in User Research, including planning, conducting, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Proficiency in Visual Design, with a clear sense of typography, layout, color, and systems-based design for digital interfaces.
- Ability to create and iterate on Prototyping work, using tools such as Figma or similar platforms to communicate interactions and flows.
- Comfort working on responsive web design, design systems, and component libraries, and collaborating with front-end developers.
- Familiarity with designing AI-assisted or data-rich interfaces is a plus.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to present design decisions and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
