Role Description The United States Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for U.S.-based roles, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates across healthcare, IT, and other professional services. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing talent using job boards and professional networks, reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone and video interviews, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. The recruiter will also manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system,



and collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.

Additional responsibilities include supporting offer negotiations, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and staying informed about U.S. labor market trends and compliance considerations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for U.S. roles, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Proficiency using job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn), professional networks, and social media for talent acquisition.
- Ability to manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records and reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Good understanding of U.S. hiring practices, market trends, and basic compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Prior experience recruiting in healthcare, IT, or professional services sectors is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to align with U.S. time zones when needed.
