Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US IT/Non-IT recruitment, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening profiles, coordinating interviews,

and managing the recruitment process from initial sourcing through placement.

The candidate should have a valuable understanding of the US staffing market,

recruitment practices, employment types, and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT positions.

 Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases,

referrals, and other recruitment channels.

 Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening based on job requirements.

 Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates within agreed timelines.

 Conduct phone/video screening and assess candidates' technical skills,

experience, communication, and overall suitability.

 Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, and follow-ups with clients and hiring managers.

 Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

 Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

 Work effectively with account managers, hiring managers, and other recruitment team members.

 Ensure accurate and timely updates in the ATS/recruitment tracking system.

 Meet daily and monthly sourcing, submission, interview, and placement targets.

 Stay updated on US hiring trends, technologies, job market conditions, and recruitment practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 2-6 years of experience in US recruitment/staffing.

 Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and staffing industry.

 Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software Developers,

Cloud/AWS/Azure, Data, DevOps,



Cybersecurity, ERP, CRM, and other IT positions.

 Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search,

and candidate sourcing techniques.

 Strong candidate screening and resume evaluation skills.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

 Strong negotiation, follow-up, coordination, and relationship-management skills.

 Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.

 Strong attention to detail and target-oriented approach.

Preferred

 Experience working with US staffing companies or IT consulting firms.

 Familiarity with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.

 Experience working with US time zones and clients.

 Experience using ATS/CRM and recruitment management platforms.
