Job Title: US IT Recruiter / Account Manager

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

We are looking for an experienced and motivated US IT Recruiter / Account Manager to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, client coordination, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals for contract and full-time opportunities in the US.
- Work on different employment models, including W2, C2C, 1099, and C2H.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and other sourcing platforms to identify suitable candidates.
- Review candidate resumes and assess their technical skills, experience, availability, location, and work authorization.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interviews, submissions, onboarding, and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements and prioritize urgent positions.
- Handle client communication, job requirements, candidate submissions,



and status updates.
- Negotiate pay rates and coordinate documentation such as RTR, NDA, and other required documents.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information in ATS/CRM systems.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and submission targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in US IT Staffing / US Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, USC, H4 EAD, and other US work authorization categories.
- Experience using job portals such as Dice and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Experience in both recruiting and client/account management is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in US IT Staffing.
- Experience working with direct clients and implementation partners.
- Solid candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle multiple job requirements simultaneously.
- Prior experience in Account Management or Business Development is a plus.
