Job Overview:-

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional (Senior Development experience having 10+ years of exp.) with strong expertise in CMDB and ITSM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow applications, along with a solid background in Flow Orchestration, integrations, and Studio development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and maintain CMDB and ITSM modules to support enterprise requirements.
- Develop and implement Flow Orchestration for automation and process optimization.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and services.
- Build, customize, and maintain applications using ServiceNow Studio.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow modules.

Required Skills and Experience





- Proven experience working with ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM modules (mandatory).
- Robust understanding of Flow Orchestration and automation design.
- Hands-on experience in third-party integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.).
- Proficiency with ServiceNow Studio for application development.
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.
- Ability to analyze requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications.
- Experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
- Exposure to ITIL processes.
