We are urgently hiring experienced professionals for multiple Trainer and Subject Matter Expert positions within our Learning & Transformation team.

We are looking for candidates with strong expertise in technology, learning & development, training delivery, facilitation, content development, and stakeholder management.

Current Openings

1. Design Thinking & L&D; Trainer

Experience in Learning & Development, Design Thinking, Storytelling, Emotional Intelligence, Deep Listening, Personal Presence, Learning Design, Program Management, Coaching, and Facilitation.

2. Gen AI Trainer

Experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI, with knowledge of GPT, Claude Code, AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Foundry, AI Agents, Cloud, DevOps, SRE, and enterprise AI applications. Experience in curriculum development and hands-on technical training is preferred.

3. SIAM Trainer

Strong expertise in Service Integration and Management (SIAM), ITIL 4, and IT Service Management (ITSM). Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Level Management. Experience in technical training and certification programs is preferred.

4. Visual Designer

Experience in Visual Design, Digital Media, eLearning, ILT/VILT, and multimedia content development. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Canva, Powtoon, PowerPoint, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.

5. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Trainer

Solid technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE,



including configuration, customization, X , Visual Studio, OData, DMF, Dataverse, Azure Functions, REST APIs, C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Azure DevOps, ALM, and CI/CD. Minimum 3 years of relevant training delivery experience required.

6. SAP BTP Administration Trainer

Experience in SAP BTP Administration and SAP BTP Security, cloud platform management, system monitoring, troubleshooting, integration services, and application lifecycle management. Candidates with approximately 6 months–1 year of relevant experience may apply.
