LegalRaasta Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CS Inter / CS Pursuing / Corporate Compliance professional to join our team.

If you have practical knowledge of MCA, ROC Filings, Companies Act, Corporate Compliance and Secretarial Work, this is a excellent opportunity to build your career and gain hands-on exposure.

Location: Pitampura, Delhi

Experience: 0–2 Years

Qualification: CS Inter / CS Pursuing / Relevant Company Secretarial Background

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on knowledge & experience

Immediate Joiners Preferred

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

- MCA & ROC statutory filings
- Annual & event-based ROC compliances
- Preparation of Board Resolutions, Notices & Minutes
- Maintenance of Statutory Registers & Corporate Records
- Companies Act & Secretarial Compliance
- Preparation and review of corporate letters and compliance documents
- Compliance trackers and monitoring of statutory deadlines
- Client coordination and compliance follow-ups
- Assistance in Board Meetings & General Meetings




- Support senior professionals in Corporate & Secretarial assignments

WHO CAN APPLY? ✅ CS Inter / CS Pursuing candidates

✅ Candidates with 0–2 years of Corporate Compliance / Secretarial experience

✅ Freshers with relevant CS internship or practical MCA/ROC exposure

✅ Candidates with good knowledge of MCA, ROC & Companies Act

✅ Candidates with good drafting and documentation skills

✅ Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel

✅ Candidates who are eager to learn and build a career in Corporate Compliance
