Job Summary

Innova Sphere Technologies is looking for detail-oriented and motivated Typing Job candidates to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a fresher-friendly opportunity for candidates with basic computer knowledge, good typing skills, and attention to detail.

The selected candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining information accurately in company systems and documents while following established procedures and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update information accurately into company systems and databases.
- Type and format documents, records, and other assigned information.
- Verify entered information for accuracy and completeness.
- Review documents and identify missing or incorrect information.
- Maintain organized digital records and files.
- Complete assigned typing and data-entry tasks within required timelines.
- Follow company procedures for data entry, documentation, and record management.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Coordinate with team members when clarification or additional information is required.
- Report errors, technical issues,



or incomplete information to the appropriate supervisor.
- Perform routine computer-based administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- 10th, 12th pass, diploma, or graduate qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Good typing accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand basic English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and online tools.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in typing, data entry, back-office support, documentation, or a similar role.
- Good English typing speed.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, or other Indian languages may be an advantage.
