We are looking for a Travel Experience Associate to join our Operations team and become an important part of the day-to-day travel experience we deliver to our clients.
About the Role The Travel Experience Associate will work closely with the Head of Operations and Chief Operating Officer (COO), supporting them in day-to-day travel operations, bookings, client coordination and traveller experience management.
This is a high-ownership, front-facing role. The candidate will be one of the key points of contact between Moventiti and the organizations we serve for travel-related requirements, operational concerns and experience-related issues.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, highly responsive, well-organized and comfortable communicating with corporate clients and travellers.
Key Responsibilities
Travel & Booking Operations
- Assist the Head of Operations and COO with day-to-day booking and travel requirements.
- Handle flight, hotel and other travel bookings for corporate clients.
- Process booking amendments, cancellations, rescheduling and related requests.
- Ensure all booking and traveller information is accurate.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, suppliers and other travel partners.
- Monitor upcoming travel and proactively identify potential issues.
- Assist with boarding passes, itineraries and other travel-related documentation.
- Ensure travel requests are handled within defined turnaround times and SLAs.
Client & Traveller Experience
- Act as a front-facing representative of Moventiti for organizations and their travellers.
- Be a key point of contact for travel-related queries and experience-related concerns.
- Understand the requirement, coordinate internally and ensure timely resolution.
- Handle urgent and time-sensitive travel situations calmly and professionally.
- Communicate with travellers and client representatives throughout the resolution process.
- Follow up proactively until an issue is completely resolved.
- Ensure travellers receive a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to the operations team for process improvement.
Support to Head of Operations & COO
- Work closely with the Head of Operations and COO on daily operational priorities.
- Assist in monitoring pending bookings, unresolved cases and critical travel requirements.
- Provide regular updates on booking status and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of requests, bookings, escalations and resolutions.
- Support the leadership team in improving operational processes and turnaround times.
- Take ownership of tasks assigned by the Head of Operations and COO.
- Support operational reporting, coordination and other day-to-day activities as required.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in corporate travel, travel operations, travel management, customer experience, airline/hotel operations or a related field.
- Good understanding of flight and hotel booking processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with corporate clients and travellers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and effective during urgent or high-pressure travel situations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple travel requirements simultaneously.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
- Strong ownership and accountability.
- Working knowledge of travel booking platforms,
CRM systems or travel technology will be an added advantage.
Language Requirements Fluency in all four languages is mandatory:
- English
- Hindi
- Kannada
- Telugu
The candidate should be comfortable communicating with travellers, corporate clients and partners across these languages. Probation Period The role will have a 2-month probation period.
During the probation period, the candidate will be evaluated on:
- Travel and booking process understanding

- Ownership and accountability
- Ability to work closely with the Head of Operations and COO

Continuation in the role after the probation period will be based on performance and organizational requirements. What Makes This Role Different?
