Job SummaryJuzgo Holidays is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client travel requirements, preparing customized travel packages, handling bookings, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand clients’ travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Prepare and customize domestic and international tour packages.
- Provide quotations, itineraries, hotel options, transportation, and sightseeing details.
- Handle flight, hotel, visa, and other travel-related bookings.
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and other travel suppliers.
- Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, bookings, and payments.
- Handle client queries before, during, and after the trip.
- Ensure smooth coordination and execution of travel arrangements.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Experience in preparing travel quotations and itineraries.
- Knowledge of airline, hotel, visa, and tour package bookings.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Excel and travel-related systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in international tour packages, DMC coordination, and corporate/leisure travel will have an added advantage.
