Role Description The Transportation Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi, responsible for overseeing daily transportation activities and ensuring efficient movement of cargo. This role includes planning and scheduling truck routes, coordinating with drivers and warehouse teams, and monitoring deliveries to meet service and safety standards.

The Transportation

Coordinator will liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to address shipment requirements, resolve issues,



and maintain clear documentation and records for all transportation operations. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, optimizing load utilization, supporting cargo securing processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations Management and Transportation Management skills to plan routes, manage fleets, and optimize daily logistics.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with drivers, internal teams, and customers, and resolve issues promptly.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to handle documentation, scheduling, shipment tracking, and reporting in a structured manner.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination, preferably in industrial or packaging sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, make data-driven decisions, and use basic software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, TMS or ERP systems).
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of Indian road transport regulations, safety practices, and cargo securing standards will be an advantage.
