We are looking for a Training & Placement Officer (TPO) to manage student placements, build strong relationships with IT companies and recruiters, generate job opportunities, and drive successful placement outcomes.
Eligibility
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Training & Placement, Recruitment, EdTech or IT Training
- Strong network with IT companies, HRs and recruiters
- Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Valuable knowledge of IT recruitment and hiring processes
- Target-oriented and result-focused
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new job and internship opportunities.
- Build and maintain corporate & recruiter relationships.
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment drives.
- Prepare students for interviews and placements.
- Manage placement pipeline and achieve placement targets.
