Role Description The Training and Placement Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The role involves planning and coordinating campus placement activities, building and maintaining relationships with employers, and organizing recruitment drives and corporate interactions. The individual will design and deliver training programs to enhance students’ employability skills, including soft skills, interview preparation, and workplace readiness.

Day-to-day responsibilities include liaising with academic departments, tracking student placement data,



guiding learners on career pathways, and ensuring effective communication between students, faculty, and hiring organizations. The Training and Placement Officer will also identify emerging industry trends, collaborate on curriculum alignment with market needs, and represent the institute at external events and networking forums.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Campus Placement coordination and College Recruiting, including experience managing placement drives and employer partnerships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with students, faculty, and industry stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Training and Soft Skills development, including conducting workshops on interviews, group discussions, professional etiquette, and career readiness.
- Relevant experience in academic institutions, corporate HR, talent acquisition, or career services is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities, proficiency with MS Office and online communication tools, and the capacity to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously are expected.
- Knowledge of aviation, engineering, or allied technical fields and prior experience with technical or skilled institutes will be an added advantage.
