- Monitor trainee progress and adjust training methods as needed.
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of training effectiveness.
- Stay current with the latest telesales tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Foster a positive learning environment to enhance team member development.
- Support ongoing skill development and provide additional training as required.
- Ensure that all training activities align with company policies and compliance standards.
