Luxury Aesthetics is looking for a confident, well-spoken and professional Telecaller / Client Relationship Executive for our aesthetic clinic in South Delhi.

The candidate will be responsible for handling new enquiries, following up with existing and potential clients, explaining our services professionally and converting leads into confirmed clinic appointments.

As you will often be the first point of contact for our clients, excellent spoken English and Hindi, clear communication and professional telephone etiquette are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with potential and existing clients
- Contact new leads and understand their skin, hair or aesthetic concerns
- Follow up consistently with interested and pending leads
- Convert enquiries into confirmed clinic appointments
- Reconnect with previous and inactive clients
- Explain Luxury Aesthetics' treatments, technologies and services confidently and accurately
- Communicate the clinic's key differentiators, including advanced aesthetic technologies and high standards of treatment and client care
- Explain ongoing packages or offers where applicable
- Follow up with clients who have cancelled or missed appointments
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and appointments
- Update client and lead information regularly in the CRM
- Handle client communication through calls and WhatsApp
- Coordinate appointments with doctors, front desk and clinic management
- Follow up with existing clients for repeat treatments
- Work towards appointment, show-up and conversion targets

Communication Skills – Mandatory




- Excellent spoken English
- Fluent and qualified Hindi
- Explicit pronunciation and confident communication
- Professional and polished telephone etiquette
- Comfortable communicating with premium clientele
- Good written English for WhatsApp communication
- Strong listening, persuasion and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate naturally without sounding scripted or overly sales-focused

Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, lead conversion, customer service or client relationship management preferred
- Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, healthcare, beauty, wellness or salon industry will be strongly preferred
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills
- Comfortable working with appointment and conversion targets
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp and lead-management tools
- Organised and responsible with client information and follow-ups

Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is confident, persuasive, warm, professional and persistent with follow-ups.

This role is not simply about making a high number of calls. The candidate should be able to build trust, understand a client's concern, communicate why Luxury Aesthetics is different and convert genuine interest into clinic visits.

Candidates with previous experience successfully converting leads for aesthetic, dermatology, beauty, wellness or healthcare businesses will be given preference.

Pay: ₹8,642.27 - ₹14,000.00 per month
