- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and fix appointments for site visits.
- Explain project details, features, and pricing over the phone.
- Maintain and update customer database with follow-up details.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper lead handover.
- Follow up on inquiries from walk-ins, online campaigns, and marketing events.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets, conversions, and follow-up goals
