Diginet Academy is hiring for Ratio Learning, an online learning platform focused on SSC, RRB and Banking exam preparation.

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive / Admissions Executive with 1–3 years of relevant experience to join our team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, following up with potential students, explaining our courses and guiding them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries from students and parents through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with interested leads.
- Understand students' requirements and guide them towards suitable SSC, RRB and Banking courses.
- Explain course features, benefits, fees and other relevant details clearly.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and admissions.
- Build a positive relationship with prospective students and provide timely support.
- Achieve assigned admission and sales targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Admissions Counselling, Inside Sales or Customer Support.




- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle objections and communicate confidently with prospective students.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp and other computer applications.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a target-oriented approach.
- Experience in the education or online learning industry will be an added advantage.
