About the Role

AIPLAY Technologies is looking for a Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to promote CA Office Automation (CAOA), a B2B software solution designed specifically for Chartered Accountants and accounting firms.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in B2B software/SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective CA firms and generate qualified leads.
- Introduce and explain CAOA features, benefits, and solutions to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify prospects.
- Schedule product demos with interested prospects.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for demos, negotiations, and further follow-ups.




- Maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills; Gujarati will be an added advantage.
- Strong convincing, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
- Ability to communicate confidently with business owners and professionals.
- B2B, SaaS, or software sales experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome to apply.
