1. Role Overview

Organic Life Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, result-driven, and polite Telecalling Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our health and wellness products/services, answering inquiries, and driving conversions. You will act as the primary voice of our brand, establishing strong customer relationships.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce wellness products and ongoing offers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and guide them with accurate product information.
- Maintain follow-ups with interested leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate organic/wellness solutions.
- Maintain clean and accurate daily call logs and lead status reports in Excel/CRM.




- Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling targets and sales goals.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships with a polite and professional phone etiquette.

3. Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Customer Support (Freshers with good communication are welcome).
- Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi; good working knowledge of English.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive sales skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations.
- Attributes: Target-oriented, patient, customer-centric attitude, and problem-solving mindset.

4. Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: 22,000 per month.
