Job Summary
We are looking for an IT skilled with strong logical and troubleshooting skills to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of SQL/database troubleshooting, log analysis, basic programming, and Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot application and database-related issues.
- Perform SQL queries and basic database troubleshooting across MySQL, MS SQL, and Oracle .
- Analyze application/system logs to identify and resolve issues.
- Investigate incidents using logical and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Provide basic application/technical support and issue resolution.
- Apply basic programming concepts for troubleshooting and analysis.
- Maintain basic reports and perform data analysis using MS Excel .
- Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong logical and analytical troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting.
- Exposure to MySQL, MS SQL, or Oracle .
- Strong understanding of log analysis and troubleshooting .
- Basic programming knowledge.
- Basic MS Excel skills.
Educational Qualification Candidates should have an academic background in Information Technology (IT) .
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech – Information Technology
- B.Sc. IT / M.Sc. IT
- BCA / MCA
- Equivalent IT-related qualification
Candidate Profile
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to work from office in Bandra, Mumbai .
- Must be comfortable attending a Face-to-Face interview .
- Candidates from BFSI/Banking/Financial Services domain are not preferred.
