Role Description The Technical Support Engineer role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Guwahati, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities.

The Technical Support

Engineer will provide frontline technical assistance to internal teams and external clients, resolving issues related to advertising systems, digital displays, and related software or hardware. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, managing support tickets, documenting solutions, and escalating complex issues when necessary.



The role involves collaborating with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery, maintaining system performance, and communicating clearly with stakeholders to provide timely updates and guidance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and resolve system and application issues.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally and ensure a positive stakeholder experience.
- Candidates should possess valuable Analytical Skills to interpret logs, diagnose root causes, and recommend effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with digital signage, audio-visual systems, or IT infrastructure support is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
- Previous experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles is an added benefit.
