Role Description The Technical Services Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hazaribag, supporting mining operations with explosives-related technical services.

Responsibilities include providing technical support to customers, overseeing safe handling and application of explosives, and assisting with on-site trials and implementation of blasting solutions. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring performance of products and processes, and preparing technical reports and documentation. The engineer will collaborate with operations, safety,



and client teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal safety protocols.

Regular field visits, training support for client personnel, and continuous improvement of technical practices are key elements of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Services and Technical Support skills related to mining operations and explosives applications.
- Candidates should possess sound Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities to assess on-site issues and implement effective solutions.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for coordinating with clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in mining, blasting operations, or industrial explosives will be beneficial.
- A degree or diploma in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
