Job Summary
We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to source, screen, and place IT professionals for US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Understand client requirements and submit qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates/clients.
- Negotiate rates and support offer closures.
- Maintain candidate records and meet recruitment targets.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing .
- Robust knowledge of US hiring processes and work authorizations.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical resumes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
