Role Description The Technical Project Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital and technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, defining technical requirements, managing project timelines and budgets, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

The Technical Project

Manager will work closely with designers, developers,



and marketing specialists to integrate services such as web development, UX/UI, and digital marketing into cohesive project plans. The role also involves regular client communication, status reporting, and continuous improvement of project management practices and delivery processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Project Management and Program Management skills, with experience leading end-to-end technical or digital projects.
- Proven Team Leadership and collaboration capabilities, including coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting project data, performance metrics, and risks to support informed decision-making.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear stakeholder updates, client interactions, and documentation of project requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and basic understanding of web technologies, UX/UI, and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
- Previous experience in an agency, IT services, or digital marketing environment is an advantage.
