About the Role

Bounteous is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to manage and drive the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementation for a leading global hospitality brand. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role at the centre of a multi-workstream martech program spanning Adobe Experience Platform Edge Network, AEP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

The TPM will be a full-time Bounteous employee based in India, working as part of our global delivery model and partnering closely with onshore engagement leadership, client stakeholders, Adobe, and a cross-functional implementation team. You will own delivery cadence, cross-workstream dependencies, and day-to-day execution keeping a technically complex, multi-source data program on track and transparent.

The Engagement The program implements the Adobe stack end to end, including:

- Adobe Experience Platform Edge Network: Configuration of Web SDK and Mobile SDK data collection through Datastreams, Adobe Tags, and event forwarding.
- AEP: XDM schema design, datasets, identity resolution, and Real-Time Customer Profile enablement.
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO): Journey design, audience activation, and omnichannel orchestration built on profile and event data.
- Customer Journey Analytics (CJA): Cross-channel reporting configuration — connections, data views, and stakeholder-ready analysis workspaces.

Data is ingested from multiple sources: Amazon Redshift (batch/warehouse data), Web and Mobile SDK streaming collection, and direct transactional web events. The Edge AEP AJO CJA build sequence carries significant dependency depth, and managing that sequencing is core to this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of the AEP engagement — planning, sprint execution, milestone tracking, and release readiness across all four workstreams (Edge/SDK, AEP, AJO, CJA).
- Drive cross-workstream dependency management,

ensuring upstream decisions (schema design, identity strategy, Datastream configuration) are locked before dependent AJO and CJA work begins.
- Coordinate data source onboarding across Redshift batch ingestion, Web/Mobile SDK streaming, and direct transactional web events — including source-system-owner alignment on shared schema contracts and field mappings.
- Run agile ceremonies and manage the Jira board: backlog grooming, sprint planning, estimation, velocity tracking, and burndown reporting.
- Serve as the primary offshore delivery point of contact — provide clear, proactive status reporting to Bounteous engagement leadership and client stakeholders; manage RAID logs and escalate early.
- Facilitate technical decision-making — chair design reviews, drive open questions to closure with Adobe, client architects, and source system owners, and document decisions.
- Manage scope, change requests, and timelines; maintain the project plan and resource forecast in partnership with account leadership.
- Coordinate UAT, validation, and go-live activities including data quality checks, journey testing, and CJA reporting sign-off.
- Bridge time zones effectively — structure overlap hours, async updates, and handoffs so the India-based team and US-based client stakeholders stay in sync.

Required Qualifications

1. 7–10 years of experience in technical project management or delivery management, with at least 3 years managing digital/martech or data platform implementations.
2. Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform and its ecosystem — XDM schemas,

datasets, identity, Real-Time Customer Profile — and familiarity with AJO and/or CJA (hands-on configuration not required, but you must be able to hold technical conversations and challenge estimates credibly).
3. Understanding of customer data flows: streaming collection via Web/Mobile SDKs, batch ingestion from cloud data warehouses (e.g., Amazon Redshift), and event-driven architectures.
4. Proven agile delivery experience — running sprints, managing Jira, estimation techniques, and velocity-based planning for mixed-discipline technical teams.
5. Experience in offshore/onshore delivery models, working with North American clients from India, with excellent written and verbal English communication.
6. Robust stakeholder management — comfortable presenting status, risks, and trade-offs to client director- and VP-level stakeholders.
7. Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Adobe certification(s) — e.g., AEP Technical Foundations, Real-Time CDP, AJO Business Practitioner, or CJA Business Practitioner.
- Prior experience with hospitality, travel, or loyalty-program domains.
- Exposure to Adobe Tags/Launch, Datastreams, event forwarding, or server-side collection.
- Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Redshift, IAM/STS) as they relate to AEP data ingestion.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
- Experience using AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery documentation, reporting, and analysis.

Working Model

- Full-time Bounteous employee, based in India.
- Flexible working hours with a defined overlap window with US time zones (client is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona — MST) for client ceremonies and stakeholder syncs.
- Part of a blended onshore/offshore delivery team, reporting to Bounteous engagement leadership.
