Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong software engineering background to lead enterprise product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end project delivery, manage cross-functional engineering teams, and ensure successful execution of complex SaaS and cloud-based products while promoting AI-powered software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple software product initiatives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and releases.
- Lead Agile/Scrum delivery across multiple engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, UX, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
- Drive sprint planning, release planning, roadmap execution, and stakeholder communication.
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution planning.
- Promote AI-assisted development using tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, OpenAI, Claude, and Windsurf.
- Monitor project health, delivery metrics, quality, resource utilization, and release readiness.
- Manage RAID logs and proactively mitigate project risks.
- Mentor engineering leads and foster a high-performance delivery culture.

Required Experience

- 18+ years of overall IT experience.
- 8+ years managing enterprise software development projects.
- Prior hands-on software development experience.




- Proven track record leading cross-functional engineering teams.
- Experience delivering SaaS, ERP, or cloud-based enterprise applications.
- Robust stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Technical Skills Architecture & Development

- Microservices, REST APIs, Distributed Systems
- Event-Driven Architecture, System Integration, Database Design
