WrkTalk DigiSec AI Pvt Ltd is Looking for:**** WrkTalk DigiSec AI Pvt. Ltd. is a young, profitable, and fast-scaling enterprise technology product company. We build a privacy-first corporate communication platform deployed within the client's own infrastructure — trusted by Adani Group, L&T; Finance, DCB Bank, Kalyan Jewellers, and Manipal Technologies.

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who will be embedded on-site at an enterprise client in Navi Mumbai, driving product adoption, managing integrations, and serving as WrkTalk's sole technical representative at the client location.

- What You Will DoDrive end-to-end product adoption at the client site — identify usage gaps, resolve technical issues, and ensure all users are successfully onboarded onto the platform
- Act as the primary technical point of contact between WrkTalk's engineering team and the client's IT and program management teams
- Troubleshoot product and integration issues involving APIs, SSO, MDM, DLP, and enterprise infrastructure components
- Translate client-side technical problems into actionable resolutions — including interpreting code snippets, error logs, and configuration details
- Manage client stakeholder relationships — coordinate with CIOs, CISOs, and IT heads on timelines, scope, and delivery expectations
- Maintain technical documentation, integration runbooks, and delivery trackers
- Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to support UAT cycles and ensure smooth go-lives
- Contribute to client health reviews and long-term retention strategy
- Who Should Apply2–5 years of experience in a BA, QA, Technical PM,



or Program Manager role — ideally in a SaaS, enterprise software, or product environment
- Strong SDLC understanding — background in QA, UAT, or testing is highly preferred
- Some coding exposure (academic or professional) in any language — must be able to read, interpret, and discuss code at a working level
- Familiarity with enterprise tech environments: APIs, SSO, MDM, DLP, or cloud infrastructure
- Exceptional verbal and written communication — must be equally comfortable explaining technical issues to non-technical users and presenting to CXO-level stakeholders
- High ownership mindset — self-directed, comfortable working independently in a client-facing implant role
- B.Tech / B.E. degree (any stream) mandatory
- Good to HavePrior experience at a startup or product company
- QA-to-PM or analyst-to-PM career trajectory
- Exposure to enterprise clients in BFSI or large conglomerate environments
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent PM tools
- Tier 1 / Tier 2 engineering college background
- LogisticsLocation: Mahape / Kalyan, Navi Mumbai (fully on-site, Monday to Friday)
- CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA (fixed)
- Notice period: Up to 30 days preferred
- Shift: Standard business hours (~10 AM – 6 PM)
